Stained Glass Window
Behold the magic of Gallery Glass Window Color! Found this paint in the glass tiles/stained glass section at Hobby Lobby. The paint becomes more translucent as it dries. The photos show the dry state (above) and the wet state (below) of the paint.
I would suggest painting the windows before assembly, but if you have already finished your house, don't despair! The paint is thick enough to paint the windows at an upright position and dripping can be avoided if you are a little careful. The Gallery Glass paints come in an array of colors. I have used teal and harvest yellow for my manor.

Oh, Sumaiya, I like that!!!! It gives a beautiful look to the Manor. I'll bet the look when on the house will be tranquil and serene. Good job....and don't you know I'll play with it myself.
Glad you like it! :D I will finish up the windows today...6 still left to color. I am painting them from the outside. If I ever decide to change the color scheme, I can pick at the "stained glass" paint layer, and it peels off clean and easy. Can't wait to see what you do with your windows!
Sumaiya, your Garfield is really looking Wonderful!! I can not wait to start on mine one day. Your is just Gorgeous!! ~ Tracy Topps
Dearest Tracy:
Coming from you, it is a hefty praise indeed! Thank you :D
I can't wait for you to start on your blog either...I know I will be glued to your blog every step of the way...
I am worried about the exterior though. Since I am still quite new to wiring, I am scared that once I complete the exterior and cover up the wiring, there might be a short circuit :(
I wish you were here to help :(
